Business Events Industry Aotearoa (BEIA) represents the New Zealand Convention Association Inc, a fully incorporated society, established in 1976.
BEIA take a lead in fostering the growth of New Zealand's business events sector, both on the international stage and within the domestic market, aiming to benefit its members, key stakeholders and the national economy. Operating as advocates for the New Zealand business events and incentive tourism industries, BEIA provides avenues for professional development, accreditation and educational opportunities for the individuals involved in the sector.

Among these, MEETINGS stands out as the preeminent national business events showcase in New Zealand, marking its 29th year as the flagship event. Notably, it stands alone as the sole business events exhibition facilitating face to face appointments connecting exhibitors and clients.
