TRENZ is New Zealand’s largest international tourism business event and the most important event of the year on the tourism events calendar.

TRENZ brings hundreds of international travel Buyers together to meet with New Zealand’s leading tourism operators (Sellers) over three days to build or renew relationships and negotiate business for upcoming seasons.

TRENZ 2025 will be held in Rotorua.

TIA has reimagined TRENZ to elevate your experience, with enhancements designed to foster meaningful connection and provide exceptional value: 
 

• Pōwhiri: Join us for a welcome pōwhiri on Monday 5 May to set the tone for our event. 
• Extended programme: Enjoy two and a half days filled with 52 tailored appointments, offering increased opportunities for quality matches. 
• Networking focus: Engage in extended networking events, including a revamped Welcome Function on Tuesday evening, a light breakfast on the show floor on Wednesday and Thursday, and a relaxed networking function at the end of the day on Wednesday. 
• TRENZ Talks: Gain insights from industry leaders through TRENZ Talks. They will be held on Tuesday morning before appointments start so all sellers can attend. 
• Haere rā Hour: TRENZ concludes with a farewell event on Thursday, allowing time to solidify new relationships.

TRENZ 2025 Programme
