Hiku Restaurant
The name ‘Hiku’ comes from the Māori word for ‘whale tail’ and is inspired by Kaikōura’s most iconic attraction. It is also influenced by the strong historic and modern culture and heritage of the area. Hiku celebrates this and shows off what Kaikōura is all about - kai moana, fresh produce, marine life, and dramatic sea and mountain scapes.
