Christchurch to Kaikōura
Drive to Kaikōura, llow 2.5 hours direct to Kaikōura, or if you have extra time we recommend stopping in at one of the Wineries in Waipara or staying an extra night in Hanmer Springs on the way.
Arrive into Kaikōura, and check in for your helicopter flight with either South Pacific Helicopters or Kaikōura Helicopters

Swimming with the Dolphins , Albatross Encounter tour, Fishing tour, Kayaking tour or a Whale Watch by boat tour
Drive north to Karaka Lobster, and check out the Cultural Artwork Package Paparoa Point safe stopping site on the way.
After lunch, head out for a flight with Wings over Whales
Head down to Emporium Brewing for a beer tasting
