Don't leave your waste - Ensure you have access to a toilet or have an on-board toilet, wastewater collection and rubbish disposal facilities. Do find your nearest dump station for your waste.
Recycling - Please use our recycling centre or recycling stations around town to recycle your empty beverage cans, drink bottles and cardboard packaging or glass bottles.
Responsible freedom camping - Responsible freedom camping in a certified self- contained vehicle is possible in Kaikōura district.
