Lynton Downs Station is nestled into the hills on the Inland Road in Kaikōura, 20 minutes from Kaikōura township with stunning views over the farmland and to the Kaikōura Seaward ranges.

This historic farmhouse dates back to the 1860’s and is one of the oldest remaining Homesteads in the area.

Don’t be fooled by the older outside appearance, as the inside has been fully renovated and is now fully restored in warm and sumptuous comfort. Guests stay in the newly renovated East Wing on this sheep and beef farm.
